Show Hours:

• Friday: 12:00pm - 10:00pm

• Saturday: 12:00pm - 10:00pm

• Sunday: 12:00pm - 8:00pm

 

Registration / Load In:

• Thursday: 2:00pm - 8:00pm

• Friday: 9:00am - 12:00pm

​

Set Up:

• All booths must be set up by 12:00pm on Friday, August, 2nd.

​

Load In:

• Load In will be at the Loading Dock in the back of the Convention Center.

​

Registration:

• Registration Table will be located inside, near the Loading Dock.

 

EACH BOOTH PROVIDES:

• 3 Wristbands and 3 Lanyards

• 2 Tables

• 4 Folding Chairs

• Electricity

• Trash Bin and Bag

• Fully Draped Booth

​

PROVIDED FOR ARTISTS:

• ​1 Gallon Distilled Water

• 1 Roll Paper Towel

• 1 Small Sharps Container

​

REMEMBER TO BRING:

• Power Strip

​

OTHER:

• Outside food and drink are PROHIBITED inside the Convention Center.

  • There will be a Café, Bar and Vending Machines available​

• Animals are not allowed in the Convention Center - Other than Service Animals with proper paperwork.​

• Please be at your booth, and ready, by 12:00pm every day.

• Please do not break down early any night.
